Doors have been part of the Childers family story since the very beginning. In 1975, Mr. Childers began working as a subcontractor for Bloomington Overhead Door to help support his growing family. Through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to quality service, he later partnered with the company’s owner to establish a residential division serving homeowners throughout the Bloomington and Normal areas.

As the company continued to grow, Childers Door Service earned a strong reputation for dependable service and quality products. In 1978, the company became an authorized Raynor® distributor, further strengthening its commitment to providing reliable residential and commercial door solutions throughout Central Illinois.

Today, Childers Door Service of Central Illinois remains family-owned and proudly operates as a second-generation, female-owned company supported by an experienced and dedicated team.

Located in Bloomington-Normal and Central Illinois, our company continues to serve communities from Peoria to Gibson City and from Wenona to Clinton.
